Some people scoff at some people calling dogs their "fur babies". Where the term is a little silly I'd go toe to toe with any animal if it meant my baby girl would survive, same as any other member of my family. Yeah, she's just a dog, but some days she's the only reason I keep going. Our pets are a part of our lives, but to our pets, we're they're whole lives ❤

Its nit the idea he/she was alive. Its the idea that the dog has been stuck there, waiting, wondering what happened for days.. that thought, thats what gets to me..

Every time Ive seen this clip, I've gotten teary and would instantly squeeze my furry buddy and love him a little bit more. This is the first time I have seen it since he passed and I'm heartbroken. I can't cry anymore today. He's been gone since March 4th but it feels like it just happened. I've had him since 2004 and it still doesn't feel like it was long enough.
