טים באייפון ואייפד ומק יהיו רשימות באפל מייל עם רשימות דואר מקבוצה מסוימת או תת קבוצה בשרשור המייל ואפשר ליצור תת קבוצה בקלות למהנדסים וExec ואפילו רופאים, עורכי דין ורואי חשבון ואחים סיעודיים. עם אפלקציה ארגונית, וסה יעבוד בקלות עם הExchange של אפל, לעבודה.
