You use to be able to smash Nickels into the size of Quarters and it would fool older machines, did it a lot back in the early 90’s with vending machines and arcade games.

LOOOL!!!...remember a funny story while at the Pinellas Co. Office bldg a few years back....wanted a bag of chips, and put in the correct change, but one dime kept gettting rejected....time and time again....till I looked at the date...1964....it was a silver dime that I didn't realise I had....so changed the dimes, and got my purchase...did not know they rejected silver coins....
