Secondly, every analysis—including DNA and fingerprinting on both inner and outer surfaces—had already been completed. Therefore, breaking the chain of custody caused absolutely no harm. In other words, O.J. should have tried it on with his bare hands. That glove was never going to be tried on by someone else years down the road.
Finally, a courtroom law enforcement officer should have been the one to verify the actual fit. Of course the defendant was rightfully going to try and show that it didn't. This absolute nonsense is precisely what caused the loss of the case.
