His attorneys told him to stop taking his anti-inflammatory meds for his arthritis in his hands. This, they knew would cause his hands to swell, therefore not fit the glove

I find it dumb they allowed HIM to try on the glove. I mean he was being tried for murder. Even if the glove really did fit, I would act like it couldn't.
