I feel like the scariest thing about the mosquitos egg thing is that this technically means that you could get Malaria AND botfly larvae at the same time.

Let me repeat that: You could get the worlds deadliest parasitic infection known to man and also have literal maggots living in your skin all at once

In other words: FRICK NO!!!

It would be very scary if one gets botfly larvae and a malaria at the same time

I used to watch my dad get warbles Out of my rabbits necks. He used to dump peroxide on them and they would come out. So discusting... Yesterday my cats killed a mouse. When I went to pick it up, it had a warble next to it's rectum. It was halfway out. I pulled it out and stepped on it. Those things should forever be abolished from the earth

What dangers would happen if the larvae died in a human host and never been noticed and remained in the skin? Can a human feel the stimulation of the larvae wiggling and writhing inside them??

Just got two of these little scuba divers pulled out of me after a week vacation in Belize. If you've been in the tropics and you have an insect bite that stays swollen and itchy after a week GO TO THE DOCTOR. I was lucky that they were still tiny so it wasn't a big deal but omg that was psychological torture and it hurt when they pushed themselves up.
