The World Is Just Awesome (Boom De Yada) | Discovery

Adam just casually setting Jamie on fire

🥲

I remember in elementary we used to make our teacher play this video ALLL THE TIME because we loved it so much. Can't believe this video is 18 years old :')

this commercial is old enough to vote

And even when it doesn't feel like it, the world still is an awesome place

Don't give up on it

I still replay this in my head whenever I see something beautiful or amazing. First time on a plane, looking out the window: Boomdeyada. Hiking with friends and stopping for a sliver of the view before we summit: Boomdeyada. Looking at fossils in a museum: Boomdeyada.

2026

Hearing this again triggers the memories of me watching discovery channel from my childhood to adulthood. God I miss those days, so nostalgic ❤

Bear Grylls, Mike Rowe, The Mythbusters, Jeremy Wade, and of course Mr. Bourdaine.

Every now and then this video finds me and it’s like getting a warm hug from an old friend

I love the whole world that God made ❤

I finnaly get to go home from college to see my family, idk why I wanted to see this

If you're watching this cause you need a boost, just remember that you're awesome and the world is pretty great. Go see the best parts

I started playing No Man's Sky recently, and this commercial keeps coming to mind as I explore the galaxy. This and "What a Wonderful World".

I miss when tv was like this

Peak Hopecore

2008: The World is Just Awesome! I love the real world!

2026: THE WORLD IS AWFUL I HATE THE REAL MAD WORLD!

Volcanoes. Oceans. Astronauts. Wildlife. Scientific discovery.

And now Richard will demonstrate the XM25 and other increasingly sophisticated methods of delivering explosives through windows.
