Destroyed in Seconds- Chemical Plant Explosion

it wasn't just the ammonia perchlorate that blew , a 2 4" gas main under that also blew

I remember that day very very clearly there was four explosions

Roy Westerfield is a hero. RIP Roy

Destroyed in seconds was such a goated show

Why is the sound not delayed?

I can’t even how many mutants n cannibals must live in the area now all radio activity deformed and hideous

I caused the fire. I wanted to do real science and work on cars too, but they bored me with chemicals. I played with matches. One match fell down somewhere where it didn't need to be and boom I ran away and nobody noticed.

Oh, not Pepcon AGAIN!

The original video is so much cooler with the delay between the explosion the the shockwave reaching the camera

0:56 The audio was faked for this video. It takes about 10 seconds for the sound blast to make it to the camera in the original. These people changed it to sound off the moment it happened in the video. Why would they change the audio when the real audio is sufficient?

"You mean THIS red button?"

And it was stupid

I worked at a chemical plant and a "empty" tank exploded. The tank landed upside down. I dont remember the exact size of the tank but it was pretty big. Its something that you will never forget.

Ron's high-energy comes off as somewhat goofy, but he seems like a good guy, who likes watching things go boom, on the Fourth of July.

This dude Ron Pitts was in the NFL and still made a bigger name for himself narrating disasters than he ever did playing football lmao

They protect drug dealers

Now this blast became a meme
😅

Syndication opera house

Pepcon.

BOOOOM. COOL.
