All I have to say is WOW (negative sense of the word), at the same time it’s an American company, so it doesn’t surprise me that much.

It is not only the aircraft division that has this problem. The recent failure of starliner with its problems found on its crewed flight up to ISS and uncrewed return 3 months later on an 8 day mission, clearly demonstrates the failure of quality business wide.
