You can say about this condition all you want. I have myotonia congenita. I suffered through middle school and high school with this I could not participate in any sports because I would always fall on my face.

How is it funny to render a prey animal defenseless? The goats remain conscious and are aware they can’t Run and avoid whatever startled them in the first place. Everybody says the myotonia doesn’t ”hurt” the goats but they only mean physically.

I have been diagnosed with this.... and 3 of my children have it. It is a gene mutation .... and I can hardly watch this because I know exactly what it feels like..... and it’s not funny. I have almost died because of it

THEY DON'T FAINT! Myotonic ‘fainting’ goats have a harmless condition called myotonia congenital that causes their muscles to freeze when they’re startled or excited, for about 10-15 seconds.  There is no fainting - it is temporary muscles freezing, tight, and stiff.

They faint by almost anything, it's mind-boggling. I know there's vids of folk spooking them just for views but this lady treats them well. If I was on that farm they'd be the only animal I'm calm around.
