0:27 - The ONLY video footage of Carlos anywhere near Jeff... and he isn't putting out the fire on Jeff's sweater, he isn't tearing apart any fabric/clothe to make tourniquets, he isn't yelling for the wheelchair... he's just hunkered down beside the fence.
They said he climbed the barrier, saw Jeff and put out a fire that was on Jeff's sweater, he then tore some clothe, fashioned a tourniquet and applied on to his leg, lifted him (by one hand) and slammed him into the wheelchair and rushed him to the medical tent.
That story can be proven false by photographs/video footage. So what does that say about the entire story? Fake hoax.
