Samsung lcd tv wont turn on repair blinking red light

I just bought a brand new 4k 43’ Samsung TV and it wont even turn on.... Just a red light flashing and the words SAMSUNG over and over, turning on of on of on of, while blinking red

I have the samsung model "ua40eh5000" has sand by light it takes few hours to turn on ,so I've changed all capacitor on the power board it worked but when i turned it off it wont turn on again and i still have the stand light. any thoughts please

hi I have a JSW TV, so I got a leelbox tv box and It was connected to the tv and I was watching a movie fell asleep and woke up to a black screen, but the blue power light is on, ANY ADVICE AS TO WHAT COULD BE WRONG??? I LIVE IN JAMAICA AND NOT I DON'T NO ANYONE THAT FIX TELEVISION... PLEASE HELP

I replaced the power board and my light still blinks and takes a long time to come on, if it does. I also noticed when I switch from a standard digital channel to a HD channel it will go black and the red light starts flashing again. Could it be the video board? What about the capacitor in the main power cords going from the main in to the power board? What are your thoughts?

I've had the exact same problem. So I popped of the backing hoping to see buldge capacitors and they all look fine. I'm dumbfounded.
