Rihanna's Sexiest Videos ►► http://youtu.be/x0OodSXrYUkMore Celebrity News ►► http://bit.ly/SubClevverNewsRihanna has never been afraid to speak her mind – girlfriend DGAFs and that’s why we love her – and well, she’s doing just that after experiencing a bit of controversy with CBS’ Thursday Night Football. But for those of you who are like “Joslyn, what are you even talking about?” Let’s back this train up. Basically, Rihanna and Jay Z’s track “Run This Town” was set to be the new theme for CBS’ Thursday Night Football, but they decided to pull the song at the last minute since the inaugural game featured the Baltimore Ravens. And as you might know, the Ravens, and the NFL in general, are going through some MAJOR controversy right now after running back Ray Rice was terminated from the Ravens and essentially banned from the NFL due to domestic violence. The league felt it needed to address the Ray Rice situation, and they, along with CBS, thought it would be inappropriate to feature Rihanna’s song, since she was a victim a domestic violence herself. However, cut to this week the network apparently decided they did want to use the track, which did not sit well with Rihanna. Well now, it seems CBS wants to use her song this week….which pushed RiRi to take to Twitter with this:“CBS you pulled my song last week, now you wanna slide it back in this Thursday? NO, F*ck you! Y’all are sad for penalizing me for this. The audacity…”So I guess that’s a no? This situation is definitely messy, but we have to give Rihanna props for speaking her mind. Also, wouldn't playing a song of someone deemed a victim of abuse, be showing that a victim can rise up over their abuser? If anything playing the song would be the best choice in this scenario!
Idk why Rihanna got all bent out of shape about this. She was angry at them for taking the song off, and then angry at them for putting it back on?
She should just be happy they changed their minds and didn't make the stupid decision to remove the song in the first place, gotten her check and moved on!
