I’m a second generation lead guitarist, my dad’s a Boston area blues guitar legend…as bands continue, it OFTEN becomes a thing between lead guitar player & the lead singers, Drummers & Bass Players know their roll & pretty much don’t make waves (no-offense to any practitioners of any rhythm-sections) but there’s bands named after the guitar player too; Santana, Yngwie Malmsteen, Jeff Beck, Joe Bonamassa or situations like Van Halen & Allman Brothers which are arguable (cuz multiple members in band share name), my point being that a strong lead guitarist is just as much a face of the band as the lead singer…especially in guitar-heavy music like Hard Rock, Heavy Metal & Blues

Slash and the other guys in the band were cool people. You could tell they just wanted to make music and have a good time, and not deal with Axl’s bullshit.

I saw them at Power Trip and i had no idea he had gotten back in Guns. Slash was cool to see but mannnn the band was the worst of the whole 3 day festival since Axl's voice and charisma is just gone.

Slash seems like such a nice guy. Love him ❤

This didn't age well

Just goes to show Slash is not about the money. One of the reason he is so good at playing music. He does it for the music. He loves his guitars n the music.

Way to say don't dwell on the past n then ask the guy to dwell on the past. ( in so few words) LOL
