I just really doubt that. Lol. McFarlane strikes me as a really smart guy whos created and carried bulk writing duties on a ton of projects. Jon Stewart is such a hack. I mean the guy is an actor. A romantic comedy actor. Apparently he was a comedian but Ive never seen him do a single minute of stand up and if he ever did he probably had a ghostwriter. I seriously doubt he ever wrote a damn thing that has his name on it. Hes an attractive guy that fits the sort of non threatening liberal Hollywood image of who they want to see on their TVs while guys who look like Woody Allen do the actual writing behind the scene. I mean hes a satirical political comedy version of Milli Vanilli. Hes basically a SportsCenter host. Would have been perfect for him. Although I guess being a SportsCenter host apparently also qualifies you as a political expert so maybe his career would have turned out exactly the same in the end.

Seth, my God, I know you're not reading this, but wow, you're just so gracious and eloquent. And look where your humility has gotten you. 12 years later, I do not think that Jon Stewart's arrogance has done him any favors.

What happened to John Stuart? He was hilarious and the fact that he used his platform for 911 heroes getting healthcare or money for diseases they got 20 years later and he threw all that to the side to get a TV show and talk crap about republicans.
