No matter what people may think and how disgusting the crime was, this is a child who should have gotten proper guidance from the dad regarding what was allowed to blow up between the woman and his son. You can't make a 12 year old an adult because he committed a crime. He should be punished and so should his father for not safeguarding his weapon and for not managing his household. To put the child away for life is unreasonable.

What he was really doing how was this kids behavior before this and has a specialized doctor or counselor spoke with him this kid needs help we should not fail him yet as society most likely will you don't just lock every kid up and throw the key away you dig into what caused this kid to do this and keep drilling him it's going to take a while to get to the bottom of this one who knows what was going on with this kid maybey someone has abused him or something has happened kids just don't kill out of the blue this kid needs our support and trust to really help him through this why he's in custody but trying him as a adult just doesn't fit with this kid look how emotonly unstable he is even more now since this happened work with this kid we can turn this around and help this kid not to continue on this path

The lady that last spoke that anyone that plays with a gun she is crazy this kid is far to young to be tried as a adult this kid needs help emotionally and may have been unstable for a period of time kids rember what adults do they act it out as time goes on sometimes not realizing the harm it would do I honestwiwin wly believe since this kid had no prior offenses that this kid did not kno

That is beyond my imagination to think that a 12-year-old boy who could commit a heinous crime like this, this is unimaginable for me to think.

Immediately I know something is wrong here that we don't know. How the hell can you put a little kid in prison? Disgusting!

Of course he knew what he was doing, it's wrong to kill, we were all 12 once- he knew it's wrong to kill.

God bless.

She said that he was 11 years old at the time he committed the murder. I am against all children being tried as adults. My question is, was his finger prints on the weapon?

Bullshit! He didn’t kill her! I heard he was in school during this investigation, and he wasn’t jealous of them. Even his father knew it was not him.

Poor little guy. His whole childhood ripped from him all bc of shoddy evidence that should never have been used to convict him.
