Cat Gets Stuck in Window

This happend to my cat once, it's so scary. I heard him mowing I ran to help him I held him up to keep him breathing but couldn't get him out from the inside. I took a risky move!
I let him go and ran out sided and got to him again, but with no help it got really hard to get him out either out hurting him. But I didnt give up, I git him out and stayed with to me sure he wasn't hurt to bad.

Thankful that a passerby HELPED the stuck cat. The others simply just mill around & look.

my cat was just right in the same position, since i woke up, i brought her down right after i saw it. its been like 20 mins and she cant walk on her back legs. my mum will come in 5 hrs and idk what to do until then. iam not in city so vet isnt an option without a car. iam really worr

Unless cats nowadays have eyes in their ass and feel out obstacles with their butthole that cat did not come from inside that apartment and therefore does NOT belong in there.
As someone with a SERIOUS allergy against cat hair I would be pissed if that were my place.
