Replace the word "homophobic" with transphobic and this skit works in 2025.

As someone gay person, this is how I see this sketch:

Key: the personification of stereotypes of gay men; the comic of the sketch. (i.e. gay men are overtly flamboyant, §ex̌ụàl devients, etc.)

Peele: An accurate portrayal of gay people. Ironicly, he plays the straight man of the sketch. Mainly how we see those stereotypes: creepy and unfounded.

In my opinion, this is a great and tasteful sketch. This ages well, just not the way I suspect a lot of people think.
