I searched up on Google who the killer was and it’s Charlie Grimille spirit who haunts the school, which is Pfeifer’s dad who died during the old play and her mom played the girlfriend but then later had a daughter which was Pfeifer and they orchestrated the whole haunting because Reese’s dad was the one who accidentally killed Pfiefers dad who plays Charlie and so they did this for revenge so that they can kill Reese for what his dad did to Charlie and I believe it was anniversary date of the incident of the first play so. And I believe Pfiefer and her mother are some weird evil satanic people that are possessed.
