Imagine watching it when you’re 12 years-old in the mid-80’s. That was my first experience. To say it left its mark on me is an understatement.

The aesthetic and power of the film is unmatched in my opinion. It is so unsettling and disturbing.

The Shining (1980) is the only other film that had a similar sense of foreboding in my opinion.

No tiene gore explicito, ni tetas, ni presupuesto, y aun asi es un film que es igual de potente que otras producciones ultraviolentas como lo son Hostel, La naranja mecanica o Old Boy. Eso demuestra el poder que tiene la genial y cruda cinematografia y actuaccion de esta pelicula. Sin duda alguna una obra maestra de lo mas tetrica 🥶😱🤩👍

Is it just me or does the TCM franchise always has the cutest guys on them starting with Kurt (William Vail) in the original and then Matthew McConaughey, Viggo Mortensen, Eric Balfour, Mike Vogel, Matt Bomer, Trey Songz, Scott Eastwood, Moe Dunford and so many others, come on Leatherface! What is exactly your problem???
