This is exactly how I make homemade blackberry brandy! Been making it for 20 years, with blackberries that I grow myself. And for all the nay sayers on here, there is NO comparison to store bought! Thanks for showing me that I'm doing it right! only difference is, I make more than 2 cups at a time!

On another note, I add octane booster from Autozone to 87 octane gas, and voila!! I made 93 octane gasoline!!!
