Alton for the win every year!

This makes more sense in terms of maintaining the presentation, while other videos are showing you how to tear it up and shred it into pieces while family members stare at you like you're Jack the Ripper.

My question is how to you keep it hot while doing all the carving? 🤔

Thanks, Alton. Now I don't look like a complete noob. This year, more than any, it was so necessary. I cooked two turkeys and had to carve them, put them in sealed aluminum tins, and deliver to family. Presentation is everything, even during COVID. Happy Thanksgiving. I'm thankful you're here to guide us in the kitchen.

Hi, Alton. I hope you are still looking at comments (assuming you ever did). My IQ is approx 145 and I have been confused by this video. I purchased a turkey specially to follow this video, but I have had to throw it out in order to promote anger management. Thank you.
